About Structural Integration

Structual Integration Rolfing

Structural Integration aligns and balances the physical body. It consists of a 10-session series during which the practitioner works on the connective tissue (the process). Each session has its specific theme and exact anatomical goals. The body is restructured, chronic pain is reduced and often disappears (the benefits). Concurrently, personality changes occur as the world is seen from a more secure structure. We owe the method to Dr. Ida P. Rolf (Dr. Ida P. Rolf).

Kristina Watt “Structural Integration opened up held tensions in my lower ribs and lower abdomen and as a result my resonance centres are much more open… We, actors, are incredibly sensitive and receptive people and if we don’t know where our core is we can be very vulnerable. Structural Integration helped to strenghten my centre and my work is much more solid…”(Read her full testimonial)
